Production Stores Supervisor
Main Duties will include:
- Conduct weekly stock counts and reconciliations of materials and empty bottles.
- Perform monthly stocktakes and variance reporting.
- Monitor and expedite material orders with Purchasing.
- Coordinate transport and delivery of materials to warehouse locations.
- Conduct incoming material quality checks (EQC).
- Process Goods Receipt Notifications (GRN) in SAP.
- Ensure FIFO storage, proper labeling, and stock rotation.
- Issue materials against approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory and traceability records.
- Record daily material transactions in SAP.
- Review and follow up outstanding purchase orders/requisitions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain warehouse organization and 5S standards.
- Manage warehouse administration and documentation.
- Supervise warehouse labour and daily operations.
- Coach, train, and develop team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Manage employee discipline and compliance.
- Enforce safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Plan team schedules, annual leave, and conduct regular meetings.
Eligibility
- Preferably bachelor’s in Business Administration.
- 5+ years’ of experience in Logistics, warehousing and distribution environments.
- 2+ years in supervisory role with good people experience
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft word, excel and power point.
- Must have SAP system experience with strong inventory background.
- Familiar with Workplace Safety
- Drivers License preferable
