Vendor Management & Governance:
• Manage transportation partner performance across managed transportation providers, asset carriers, brokerage partners, fuel management providers, and supporting logistics vendors.
• Track conformance to contract requirements, SLA standards, carrier acceptance, appointment compliance, POD submission, EDI messaging, invoice accuracy, safety expectations, and corrective action closure.
• Coordinate weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, QBR inputs, joint improvement plans, and scorecard routines that hold partners accountable for service, cost, safety, quality, and sustainability performance.
• Support procurement and legal stakeholders during RFP, tender, carrier onboarding, contract redline, accessorial, fuel, payment term, and commercial review activities.
