Function: Customer Service and Logistics
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 depending on experience & full benefits listed below.

Location: Edinburgh (St Andrew’s Square) 
Contract:  Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a details driven S&OP Coordinator to join the CSL&P team.

 

What’s the role?

 As the S&OP Co-ordinator, you’ll own and facilitate the execution of the end to send sales and operations planning process, ensuring it’s in line with the global HEINEKEN standard.

 

 You’ll oversee making sure that decisions made by key stakeholders across multiple functional areas are dealt with in a coordinated, timely and high-quality approach.

 

 This role is key to driving a roadmap towards an autonomous S&OP process with all functions involved.

 

 Some of the role’s accountabilities include:

  • To track, report and manage any stock that could potentially cause stock issues (too much / too little) if no action was taken, to protect availability of On/Off-Trade packs, whilst maintaining efficient cost base. Own the Write-off Deployments and Write-Off Risk Management.
  • Support the S&OP Planning team with a smoothly orchestrated S&OP process with a clear focus on operational Demand Supply alignment. Lead the synchronisation to European templates.
  • Standardize all S&OP slide decks and make completion of the decks a seamless exercise for all stakeholders that need to submit inputs.
  • Facilitates decision-making by preparing, and participating in the S&OP Demand, Supply and Alignment meetings and involving all relevant decision-makers and functional perspectives, within the S&OP structure.

 

What are we looking for?

 

We’re looking for an individual who has a high level of attention to detail, with great stakeholder management skills. You may also have the following:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Commerce or Supply Chain planning roles involving complex SKU portfolio operations in an FMCG environment.
  • Broad understanding of S&OP process
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to combine a variety of data sources.

 

 

Our ways of working 
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
