In the role of RG Deployment Specialist at HEINEKEN’s Head Office, you will drive the successful deployment and adoption of AI-driven promo optimization tooling across HEINEKEN’s Operating Companies (OpCos) by translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and embedding them into ways of working to unlock measurable revenue growth and decision effectiveness. Additionally, you will act as a critical bridge between OpCos, Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and D&T (Digital & Technology) to ensure solutions are business-relevant, technically robust, and consistently delivering value.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Tool Deployment & Value Delivery
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Promo Optimization tooling in OpCos, from scoping to post-launch adoption
- Partner with OpCos to understand current processes, identify value opportunities, and embed the tool into existing ways of working
- Drive prioritisation and execution across delivery teams (e.g. sprint planning, testing, validation)
- Identify and actively manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring transparency and timely escalation
- Track adoption, performance, and value capture, driving continuous improvement post-deployment
2. Translation of Business Needs into Digital Solutions
- Capture, structure, and prioritise business requirements from OpCos and global stakeholders
- Translate RGM methodology into data and analytical logic in collaboration with Global RGM capability teams
- Work with D&T to convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own and coordinate User Acceptance Tooling (UAT) processes with OpCos to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose
3. Stakeholder Management & Adoption
- Act as the primary connector between OpCos, product teams, and global stakeholders
- Support change management and adoption by delivering training, user guidance, and communications
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and feedback loops
- Contribute to steering committees and leadership updates on deployment progress, risks, adoption, and value delivery.
Who you are
- Education: Master degree in STEM, Econometrics or Finance
- Work experience: min. 5 years of total relevant experience with 3+ years working in commercial analytics role or preferably within Revenue Management
- Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in Commercial Analytics / Revenue Management | Experience within FMCG or FMCG consulting | Experience with data-driven tooling and advanced analytics | Experience with customer-focused technology
- Languages: Fluent English speaker – other ‘global’ language highly valued.
