Title:  Process Engineer

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience, preferably 5 years across most of the key functions associated with the role, including process optimisation, water and energy management, sustainability, wastewater treatment, environmental compliance, process safety, and continuous improvement. Experience in brewing, food and beverage, or other process manufacturing environments is advantageous, together with a demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, implement performance improvements, and deliver measurable operational and sustainability outcomes. 

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, and a passion for sustainability and resource stewardship. They should be highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to influence stakeholders across multiple functions while fostering collaboration and driving change. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence are essential for success in the role. 

Key technical competencies include process engineering and optimisation, sustainability and environmental management, and process safety management. The candidate should be proficient in process analysis, resource efficiency improvement, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making. Key leadership competencies include project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement facilitation, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence performance through technical expertise, and deliver sustainable business results.
