WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and selection – contributes to creation and implementation of recruitment strategy - selecting recruitment partners, ensuring we use the right communication channels and that our recruitment processes are relevant and effective
EVP – contributes to roll-out of EVP initiatives
Establishes and proactively manages relationships with key stakeholders across HEINEKEN, anticipating potential disputes and managing expectations appropriately
Translates business needs into initiatives and aligns them with key stakeholders
Builds and maintains effective and mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders and mapping their needs, interests and priorities
Identify & suggest opportunities for process improvement

REMUNERATION INFORMATION
Basic gross monthly salary min. 1900€ + annual bonus 10% on targeted level. The salary range depends on the candidate's previous experience and will be communicated as part of the selection process.
