Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed term)

Your responsibilities would include:

• delivering operational support to employees, managers and stakeholders
• leading end-to-end recruitment processes
• diversifying sourcing channels based on the market data and business needs
• keeping candidates’ updated on the recruitment process
• advising hiring managers on TA processes.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a large, dynamic organization (including at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment)
• expertise in designing and implementing new TA processes and practices
• data-savvy mindset to share knowledge and best practices
• engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
• good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work independently and proactively
• excellent written and verbal English.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• University degree - HR Management faculty preferable.

This role is offered on a B2B contract with a minimum duration till the end of December 2026.
