Sustainable Production Data & Delivery Lead

Your daily tasks may include:

• Global Scope 1 & 2 Carbon Program Ownership
  Owning the global Scope 1 & 2 carbon program portfolio, including the governance model, performance cadence, escalation logic, and strategic decision forums.
• Executive Performance & Decision Intelligence
  Translating complex program, financial, and carbon data into clear executive insights, scenarios, and recommendations.
• Strategic Ownership of the SNOW Carbon Platform
  Acting as the global process owner for SNOW Carbon by defining standards, data models, controls, and compliance expectations; challenging inputs, resolving conflicts, and escalating trade-offs where required.
• Cross-Functional & Regional Steering
  Serving as the central orchestration point between OpCos, regions, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Energy Procurement, and D&T.
• Driving Key Meetings
  Preparing agendas and facilitating key program-level meetings; identifying areas for continuous improvement and leading them through to implementation.
• Key Point of Contact / Cross-Functional Coordination
  Acting as the key point of contact for all project- and data-related topics across cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, HGP, Corporate Affairs, Senior Stakeholders).
• Power BI Accuracy and Maintenance
  Coordinating to ensure Power BI data accuracy and maintenance; ensuring systems are functioning, updated when required, and dashboards are delivered OTIF by the D&T team.
• Continuous Improvement
  Owning program processes and data and continuously improving them.
• Knowledge Management
  Maintaining the GSC KC process, including approving reviewed and newly submitted documents, and following up with knowledge owners on annually required document reviews.

You are a good match if you:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting large, cross-functional programs
• extensive experience in global program governance, PMO, or transformation roles
• executive-level confidence in Scope 1 & 2 program data and insights
• experience delivering on-time, decision-ready reporting for senior leadership
• strong focus on OpCo compliance with global governance and data standards
• proven track record of improving program predictability and risk management
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• previous experience in decarbonisation, sustainability, or large-scale transformation programs
• experience working with SNOW and/or Power BI development projects.
