LSP Contract Coordinator

The TM HUB LSP Contract Coordinator is the guardian of the LSP Management framework and the contractual governance of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). A key area of this is to collaborate with Procurement to select the right LSPs and, together with the LSPs, identify and develop improvement initiatives. The role ensures contracts remain fit-for-purpose, effective, and continuously improved to support operational excellence and cost optimization. TM HUB LSP Contract Coordinator plays a central connecting role between LSPM Leads and Procurement, supporting strategy setup, its execution, and standardization. 

 

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

 

Safety & Sustainability:

  • Increasing safety culture and cooperating with stakeholders 
  • Driving and reviewing regular reporting highlighting unsafe behaviour and incidents/accidents with input collected from the OpCos 

 

LSP Contract Governance & Framework Ownership: 

  • Acting as custodian of the LSP Management framework and ensuring full contractual coverage across all clusters in scope. 
  • Ensuring SLA structures are embedded in operations and performance management processes. 

 

Contract Effectiveness Review: 

  • Together with LSPM Leads, evaluating the effectiveness of current contracts based on performance, service levels, claims, and operational complexity. 

 

Link Between Operations and Procurement: 

  • Acting as the bridge to Procurement for contract updates, renewals, and re-tender triggers. 
  • Ensuring the contracts are properly translated into Commitment allocation set up 
  • Providing guidance to operations (maintain CA handbook, set of rules) 
  • Ensuring that the contractual framework evolves to reflect local constraints in link with procurement 
  • Coordinating tariffs and allocation up-date process among stakeholders (Operations, procurement) and tools 
  • Ensuring monitoring of SLA for commitment and tariffs maintenance 

 

Logistics Cost and Service Management: 

  • Monitoring and analyse tariffs, business allocation, logistics costs, and service level, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency, and service level improvements. 
  • Developing and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring service level is achieved, meeting the OpCo ambitions. 
  • Collaborating with procurement, finance, and OpCo CS&L to support preparing logistics budgets and forecasts. 

 

Transport Tenders: 

  • Collaborating with Procurement, OpCos, and other functions to support the tender process to select new LSPs or to evaluate LSP performance and discuss contract extensions.

 

TPM & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Making deployments of outsourced transportation activities and suggesting improvements in safety, processes, and assets. 
  • Providing input for DCS where necessary. 

 

Administration: 

  • Performing correct administration of KPIs regarding LSP performance. 

 

Management reporting: 

  • Providing information where required to support management reporting.

 

Organisation & People management: 

  • Actively being a part of the team. We only win together. Working on personal development via own PDP. 

 

 

You are a good match if you have:

 

 

  • 5-10 years of working experience in SC / Logistics functions 
  • Minimum Bachelor's in Logistics / Supply Chain, Contract Management, or other related fields 
  • Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge 
  • Understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes, and business policies 
  • Ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 

 

 

You are a perfect match if you have:

 

 

  • Logistics Management platforms knowledge (Transport and Delivery Management tools)
  • 2-3 years LSPM and Transport management experience 
  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally 
  • Experience working in a shared services, process-driven, or service center environment
