Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

In this role you will design, embed, and run an integrated financial governance and planning framework that connects strategy, planning, 
forecasting, reporting, and value creation across Heineken Global Busienss Control and Operating Companies.

 

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • operationalize new Strategic Planning cycle: define and implement a top down HNV financial model, completed with bottom-up inputs from selected OpCos.
  • re-design and operationalize new Annual Planning cycle: align Annual Planning process to the new Strategic Planning cycle, including the Green Diamond. Develop and implement required tooling and change management to Regions, Global Functions and OpCos
  • further develop Rolling Forecast aligned to the new governance cycle and Green Diamond, incorporating efficiency improvements
  • product Owner Management Reporting: drive the Management Reporting functional agenda to incorporate the new governance cycle and Green Diamond
  • increase standardization, consistency, quality and user experience
  • organize and manage product delivery by MR and MI Office teams
  • implement Economic Profit review: define and implement Economic Profit driver model for OpCos and HNV, in close collaboration with Corporate Development. Perform periodic OpCo business valuation and support impairment testing.

 

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • education: University level, finance degree preferred
  • work experience: 10–12 years
  • required experience: valuation and financial modelling, systems and reporting in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consultancy firm
  • other expertise: Business Control
  • functional skills: finance and accounting knowledge, IT systems, Microsoft Office, industry trends, accounting, Agile project management
  • full professional proficiency in English.
