As a D&T Business Analyst, you are responsible for leading end-to-end business analysis across one or more product areas, translating business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements. The role drives requirements discovery and analysis, supports prioritization, and defines epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable the successful delivery of HEINEKEN's new e-commerce platform.

Guided by the Product Owner, you are responsible for shaping and maintaining the Product Assortment roadmap by defining, enhancing, and optimizing HEINEKEN's Product Assortment capabilities and features. The role includes analyzing Digital Backbone (DBB) business requirements, commercial processes, customer and product segmentation, and assortment management needs to ensure the right products are offered to the right customers through standardized, scalable, and business-driven solutions.

You also partner closely with the Senior Product Owner to shape the future Sales Force Automation (SFA) landscape at HEINEKEN. The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end sales processes, identifying capability gaps and growth opportunities, aligning stakeholder needs, and translating business requirements into prioritized product initiatives. By creating a holistic view of SFA capabilities, you help deliver solutions that drive standardization, data-driven decision-making, sales representative productivity, and commercial growth across markets.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • translating business needs (DBB requirements or results of discovery) into high-quality delivery artefacts (epics, features, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) and maintain backlog hygiene
  • facilitating and own alignments across high-level stakeholders (business counterparts, product owners, tech leads or architects, developers, key users, OpCo representatives) in a distributed / async setup
  • performing impact and dependency analysis across processes, data, and systems (incl. integration touchpoints and non-functional considerations)
  • using data and insights to support decision-making (basic analysis, trend identification, business rules clarification)
  • Global Systems Integration Testing (GSIT). Own the GSIT process of Product Assortment.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 5+ years in business analysis, preferably including experience in a digital / product delivery environment
  • proven experience working with multiple stakeholder groups (business and technical), managing ambiguity and tradeoffs, and coordinating dependencies in a distributed, async setup. Ideally with some exposure to global/multi-market contexts (e.g., OpCos / customer and user facing experience)
  • strong working knowledge of BA practices: requirements elicitation and prioritization support, user story writing, acceptance criteria, traceability, process modelling (as-is/to-be), use cases, and benefits/outcome framing
  • solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and product ways of working (backlog management, refinement, DoR/DoD, iterative releases); experience operating in distributed/async teams
  • confident in using data to support decisions (e.g., Excel/Sheets, basic reporting/BI exposure), defining business rules, and validating assumptions with stakeholders
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • flexible mindset and up for a challenge in a fast-pacing enviroinment
  • agile leadership and stakeholder management
