Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Your role
Great leadership needs more than a well-managed calendar. It needs focus, clear priorities and the right information at the right time. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will help shape the rhythm and effectiveness of the Executive Office. Working at the heart of Grupa Żywiec, you will enable the CEO and Management Team to stay focused on the decisions and priorities that move our business forward.
This role combines executive support, business coordination and selected personal administration. You will work closely with the CEO, partner with senior leaders and collaborate with other Executive Assistants. You will also have the opportunity to improve how the Executive Office works and grows.
What you will do
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, inbox, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Help run the Management Team rhythm and coordinate closely with other Executive Assistants.
- Prepare clear presentations, reports and briefing materials.
- Keep agreed actions and priorities on track, following up proactively when needed.
- Bring structure to changing priorities and anticipate what requires attention.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement.
- Support selected personal administration and travel arrangements where required.
- Identify and implement practical improvements to Executive Office processes and ways of working

- Experience supporting senior executives in a complex or international organisation.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong business understanding and professional judgement.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a clear sense of ownership.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- The resilience and composure to stay effective when plans change or pressure rises.
- A high level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent English
