Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to provide accurate sales performance analysis, generate insights and build and maintain dashboarding to aid operational decision-making.

 

Main duties include:

  • Owns the monthly sales dashboarding to track the monthly sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Owns the sell-out tracker through collating the stock data provided by Sales Execution Management.
  • Builds and maintains dashboarding pertaining to distributor sell-in and sell-out performance of Key Accounts
  • Performs analysis to enable more effective cash collection
  • Sales data driven insights generation and gap analysis
  • Owns the rolling sales forecast at SKU level that is used in the Demand Review within S&OP.
  • Support Distributor and Key Accounts Manager, Route to Consumer and Revenue Margin Growth on optimizing the distributor network and territories.
  • Support Distributor and Key Accounts Manager with the required analysis for annual customer planning.
  • Support QBRs with direct customers through analysis, standard templates and data visualization.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Preferably have a University Degree or a Diploma in Accounting, Business, Economics or Statistics.
  • 3 – 7 years’ experience in forecasting, sales analytics, demand planning, sales reporting preferably in the FMCG/Beverages environment/Industry.   
  • Able to communicate at all job levels and articulate in presentations
  • Knowledge in analytics, strategy, budgeting, performance evaluation
