Inventory Support

Location: Otahuhu, Auckland

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for an Inventory Support team member to join our Supply Chain team at DB Breweries. In this role, you'll be the link between our physical stock and system records, helping ensure inventory accuracy across our warehouse network and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Performing cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliations
• Processing stock returns and inventory transactions
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving stock issues
• Monitoring stock rotation and identifying risks relating to aged or short-dated stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and completing stock adjustments
• Investigating rogue pallets and unidentified stock
• Supporting damage and inventory loss reporting
• Contributing to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building strong working relationships across operational teams to improve inventory performance and accuracy.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment
• Knowledge of inventory processes such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and stock rotation
• Experience using WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• The ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to safe work practices.
