About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Category & Revenue Strategy to lead the Revenue Management and Category agenda across DB Breweries and Star Hospitality. Reporting to the Sales Director and sitting on the Sales Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in driving profitable growth through pricing, promotions, portfolio strategy, category development, and commercial insights.
In this senior leadership role, you will:
- Lead Revenue Management and Category Strategy across DB and Star Hospitality.
- Develop long-term category growth plans for Beer, RTD and Cider.
- Drive pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment and portfolio optimisation.
- Turn insights and analytics into commercial recommendations that deliver business results.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Category and Revenue Management team.
About You
- 15+ years' experience in Category Management, Revenue Management and Sales within FMCG.
- Proven ability to deliver commercial and P&L outcomes.
- Deep understanding of shopper behaviour, category growth and customer strategy.
- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into action.
