Shift Manager - Brewing
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all brewing operations during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
- Execute production plans to consistently deliver wort and beer to Packaging according to schedule, volume, and quality requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring process performance, managing resources effectively, and minimizing losses.
- Lead, coach, and develop Brewing Operators to build a high-performing, engaged, and capable team.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, ownership, and continuous improvement through TPM and World Class Manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate closely with Packaging, Quality, Engineering, Utilities, and Planning teams to ensure seamless brewery operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Brewing Science, Food Technology, Applied Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food, beverage, FMCG, or process industries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading frontline operational teams in a supervisory or management capacity.

Strong knowledge of brewing processes, process control systems, and manufacturing equipment.

Understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
