Key Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge of packaging laboratory analysis methods and provide supervision during testing activities.
- Assist in conducting repeat Redpost PU checks in Bottling and Canning areas when results fall within the yellow zone, referencing Qualass data.
- Learn and support data collection related to packaging loss points, including extract and material losses.
- Understand the basic line processes that impact product quality and promptly report any abnormalities observed.
- Maintain and organize documentation in compliance with HACCP and ISO standards.
- Perform test bottle fabrication as required to support quality and process validation.
- Contribute to various projects or tasks as assigned by the team or line manager.
- Support the Team Leader, Technologist, and Technical Support Manager in initiatives related to energy sustainability and governance.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food engineering
- Well verse in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Willing to work on site (no WFH)
