Title: Automation and PCD Engineer
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and Implement Automation Solutions
- Design, program, and deploy automation and process control systems.
- Develop and maintain PLC and control system software to improve production efficiency
2. Ensure Reliability and Maintenance of Automation Systems
- Maintain reliable operation of automation equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and asset management.
- Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and system lifecycle sustainability.
3. Manage Process Control Domain (PCD) Cybersecurity
- Implement cybersecurity measures, patch management, backup procedures, and incident response processes.
- Maintain updated PCD asset inventories and ensure security compliance.
4. Drive Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Ensure automation systems comply with safety, legal, and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation measures, and maintain safety-related maintenance programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Controls and Automation, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in industrial automation.
- Strong PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification experience.
- Strong HMI/SCADA and industrial networking skills.
- FMCG experience is an added advantage
