ABOUT THE JOB 
Multi Bintang Indonesia, is currently hiring for a Channel Activation Specialist – Modern Off Trade under the Sales function. Based in our Talavera office, this role reports directly to the Channel Development Manager to lead impactful in-store activation, POSM, visibility, and shopper engagement across the Modern Off Trade channel.
This role will operate at the intersection of Brand Marketing, Sales, Key Account teams, customers, agencies, and vendors. You will translate brand strategies and commercial priorities into practical, consistent, and effective channel execution while ensuring our brands show up strongly across priority customers and outlets.

JOB PURPOSE & IMPACT  
The purpose of this role is to drive the Modern Off Trade activation agenda by translating brand strategies, customer priorities, and commercial objectives into relevant and executable in-store programmes. You will act as the key bridge between Brand Marketing and Sales, ensuring brand standards are protected while customer and outlet realities are properly addressed. 

Through this role, you will help strengthen brand presence, improve shopper engagement, manage activation investments effectively, and deliver execution excellence across Modern Off Trade customers and outlets.This position has a direct impact on how our brands are experienced in-store, how activation investments are used, and how quickly and effectively commercial opportunities are brought to life.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Modern Off Trade activation projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and execute POSM, visibility, customer activation, and shopper engagement programmes.
• Align Brand Marketing, Sales, Key Account teams, customers, agencies, and vendors.
• Manage activation budgets, spending, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure execution quality, brand consistency, and commercial relevance across priority customers and outlets.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Channel Marketing, Brand Activation, Key Account, Sales, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in FMCG, beverages, retail, or consumer-focused industries is preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end execution through multiple external partners, including agencies and vendors, without direct reporting authority. 
• Familiar with POSM, visibility, BTL activation, customer programmes, agencies, vendors, or production processes.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good commercial understanding, shopper/customer orientation, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and make timely decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.Business-level English communication.
