Manager - Process and Control Improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA/MBA
• 3–4 years of experience in SAP consulting, preferably in Big 4 , business process analysis, or process improvement
• Exposure to Sales, Marketing, or Commercial functions, preferably in FMCG, beverage industries
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Exposure to Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access governance concepts.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated business partner for commercial and business functions, provide guidance on process design and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business decisions with strong risk management and control design.
• Support automation and transformation initiatives, drive continuous improvement projects
• Drive continuous optimization of end-to-end commercial processes through detailed process mapping, development of policies and SOPs, and alignment with best practices.
• Conduct periodic risk assessment including fraud risk assessment of key commercial processes
• Monitor and support timely closure of audit actions (Global Audit & Internal Audit)
• Conduct trainings and workshops relating to process controls, policies and compliance
