Title:  Brand PR Manager

We are looking for a passionate Brand PR Manager to join our Communication & Corporate Affairs Team in Athens. This is a great opportunity for a professional who will manage the company’s Brand PR across the entire portfolio by designing and implementing relevant strategies and initiatives, in line with brand priorities and objectives, amplifying the respective brand campaigns and connecting with target audiences through engaging brand experiences.

The Brand PR Manager will be the driving force and key point of reference for all Brand PR matters, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Key contribution to the formulation of the overall PR strategy for the company’s main brands, in line with overall brand strategy and objectives.
• Close collaboration with the marketing department - all brand teams - in a consistent and productive way throughout the year.
• Participation in the brand planning, briefing and debriefing process.
• Creation/identification and full implementation of projects and initiatives as part of each brand’s PR strategy and plan.
• Evaluation of PR initiatives in terms of ROI and added value to the brand.
• Local adaptation and implementation of specific global PR initiatives for global brands.
• Management and evaluation of external partners, mainly Brand PR agencies.
• Management of Brand PR budgets to ensure optimal and effective utilization.
• Reporting to C&CA Director on all plans, initiatives, actions and results.
• Advising, challenging and influencing the business and brand teams on PR related topics and issues, based on own expertise.

Requirements

• BA/MA degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Brand Management and Brand PR principles and developments, with a forward-looking perspective.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively both within teams and independently.
• Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident and trustworthy, able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
