Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across all fleet vehicles to ensure reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure accurate root-cause diagnosis of technical issues and oversee effective, first-time-right repairs to minimize downtime, avoid repeat failures, and control maintenance costs across the OpCo fleet.
- Provide continuous technical guidance to fleet supervisors to support sound decision-making, focusing on cost-effective repair strategies, proper vendor selection, and optimal maintenance approaches.
- Support the registration, evaluation, and periodic assessment of workshops, service providers, and spare parts vendors to ensure quality, competitiveness, and compliance with ABC standards.
- Monitor and control maintenance spend by challenging unnecessary repairs or replacements, promoting repair vs. replace decisions based on lifecycle cost analysis and solid technical justification.
- Conduct regular technical audits, inspections, and spot checks to verify quality of repairs, ensure accurate diagnosis, and confirm adherence to maintenance standards across all OpCo.
- Ensure with random audits that all vehicles comply with Heineken’s technical, safety, and mechanical integrity standards, with timely corrective actions for any identified deviations.
- Analyze vehicle performance, failure trends, and lifecycle data to recommend timely replacements, upgrades, or refurbishments that optimize total cost of ownership.
- Ensure fleet supervisors maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date service history, repair records, and technical documentation in Maximo to support tracking and transparency, data-driven decisions, and audit readiness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance SOPs to standardize practices, reduce variability, and strengthen technical governance across all operations.
- Deliver technical training and coaching to fleet supervisors to enhance troubleshooting skills, improve diagnosis accuracy, and strengthen cost awareness.
- Participate in accident investigations by providing technical assessments, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive actions.
- Support the technical evaluation, inspection, and compliance checks during vehicle onboarding and offboarding processes.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, preferably Automotive.
- 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or after sales service.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with telematics and fleet management platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
