Title:  Commercial Controller

Purpose of the Role
Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Commercial team, providing financial insights, challenging business assumptions, and supporting decision-making to drive sustainable growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. 
• Analyze commercial performance, profitability, and business opportunities. 
• Evaluate business cases, promotions, and commercial investments.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive informed business decisions. 
• Ensure financial control, governance, and risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
• FMCG or commercial finance experience preferred.
